At Valenna Collections, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at officeuniquepro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping We cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be sent to you via email once your return is approved.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at officeuniquepro@gmail.com.
